“The owner was was very kind, friendly, and accommodating and had a cute gift shop. She also made a wonderful breakfast that started out with a baked apple! The yard and house were decorated very nicely for the holidays, complete with music to add to the ambiance. The room had everything we needed and included an amazing copper bath tub that was wonderful to soak in. Overall it was a great place to sleep and relax with much more character than a hotel room could ever have. ”

“Our stay in Hayward at Birch Point was very comfortable. Bed allowed for great sleep. Coffee good. Towels soft. great view of lake. Just what we were looking for was a place to stay that was clean and reasonably priced. ”

“The property was easy to find, the property manager made sure we had everything we needed! We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of room four adults had inside this small cabin. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Bars, restaurants, a museum, and the lumberjack show were all within walking distance. I highly recommend this cabin for a perfect getaway.”

“We were looking to get away for a weekend away from the kids and the images on VRBO were so cute, that even though only two nights were available we still decided to make the 5 hour drive from Milwaukee. It was definitely worth it. The weather wasn't perfect, but we really just wanted a cozy, intimate space to get away to, and this place most certainly checked all the boxes. We will return, maybe even with the kids next time. Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.”

“This cabin is perfect for a small family or two couples. The location is perfect. There’s plenty of dock space. The screened-in porch overlooks a quiet bay. The cabin is just a few steps from the water. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed. I’d bring a fan along if staying during summer as the upstairs bedrooms were very warm on a hot summer night. We loved this place and hope to come back soon!”
